POLITICO Britons who fall ill with the Omicron variant of the coronavirus are less likely to become severely sick than those who contract Delta U.K. government scientists are set to say in early realworld data on the severity of the disease. Reuters Portugal on Tuesday ordered nightclubs and bars to close and told people to work from home for at least two weeks starting on Saturday to control the spread of COVID19 over the holiday period.
